prompt response when i whatsapp them to check on the charges. check with about 4-5 locksmiths and the price they charge is the most reasonable. also, they offer me 2 options instead of 1 like other locksmith.

great service great quality great communication great punctuality, good price, i cant fault little locksmith and Mr Oh in any way and would certainly call him again if required. If you are having lock trouble you should definitely contact them.

Gate key could not come out of keyhole. Requested for ASAP replacement as without locking the main gate, can't lock the main door. Initially said about 1 hr to 1.5hrsbut came in about 45mins. So they did rush over. There was no banging or hacking or drilling etc. All was done fairly quietly & professionally. Would recommend this locksmith. Spoke to Mr Oh over phone & Whatsapp. But service man was obviously a different person. Good job! Responded via whatsapp and phone very quickly. No fuss, Spoke nicely and with respect.Negotiated/discussed also without raising voice.

The company responses very fast and ensures that the quality of the lock is not compromised! Within 1h when the suitable lock was found, someone was sent to the house and helped to fix the keyhole to the lock. Very satisfied customer! Highly recommended!👍👍👍👍👍

Fast and effective locksmith service. Whatsapp them and got a quote promptly, booking is fast and locksmith came on time. Did his job well of unlocking of door and price paid is fair and as quoted.
